做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
