做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
