做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
