做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
