做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
