做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
