做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
