做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
