做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
