做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
