做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
