做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
