做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
