做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
