做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
