做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
