做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
