做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
